Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between BizLawSupport and clients of our business legal services, compliance consulting, contract analysis, and strategic legal advisory services. They apply to all offered legal services and supplementary provisions. By engaging our services or scheduling a consultation, you agree to these conditions.

2. Service Engagement and Contract Formation

Engaging our business legal services can be done in person at our office, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by BizLawSupport. For consultations and specialized legal services, prior scheduling is required as we limit client numbers to ensure optimal service quality. The right to service engagement exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.

3. Legal Service Description

Our services include business legal consultation, compliance auditing, contract review and analysis, corporate structure optimization, individual legal advisory sessions, and complementary offerings such as personalized legal strategies and group consultation sessions. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or the respective engagement contract. BizLawSupport reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and legal personnel when necessary for organizational or content-related reasons. If a legal advisor is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative session where possible.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive legal packages, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our legal office. Prices for specialized consultation services or custom legal strategy development are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the client from further service engagement or to charge interest according to legal provisions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Individual Legal Consultations: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the session is free of charge
    • Multi-Session Legal Services: Up to 7 days before commencement, 80% refund; after that, 50% refund
    • Comprehensive Legal Packages: Individual cancellation terms as specified in the service contract
  • Cancellation by BizLawSupport:
    • If a service must be cancelled due to insufficient capacity or other significant reasons, payments already made will be fully refunded or an alternative date will be offered.

6. Refund Policy

At BizLawSupport, we are committed to client satisfaction and professional legal excellence. If you are not satisfied with our legal services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion or consultation delivery. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your business legal objectives are met. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:

  • For consultation-based services: Refunds will be considered for the portion of sessions where demonstrable issues with service quality occurred.
  • For package-based services: Partial refunds may be issued proportionate to the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the legal service package.
  • For ongoing advisory arrangements: Unused prepaid amounts are always refunded upon termination of services.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed legal services that met the agreed-upon scope and professional objectives, even if the business outcomes differed from client expectations.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to legal@bizlawsupport.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific service elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both client satisfaction and service integrity.

7. Consultation Times and Participation

Current consultation times are available on our website and in service descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing sessions out of consideration for other clients and to maintain service quality. Missed consultations or services cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.

8. Confidentiality and Liability

Engagement of our business legal services is at your own responsibility. All personal information and business details shared during our consultations are subject to attorney-client privilege and confidentiality. BizLawSupport commits to maintaining the strictest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all clients. We request that existing legal challenges or special business circumstances be confidentially disclosed before service commencement. In case of doubt, we recommend prior consultation with another legal professional. BizLawSupport is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of service engagement.

9. Use of Facilities and Materials

The premises and equipment of BizLawSupport must be treated with care. Legal materials and advisory resources are provided for the services and included in the service fee unless otherwise indicated. BizLawSupport assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The consultation rooms and common areas should be left in an orderly condition.

10. Copyright and Confidentiality

The content, methods, legal materials, and advisory resources provided in our services are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from BizLawSupport is not permitted. All clients commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other clients. Photo, video, or audio recordings during sessions are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the legal advisor.

11. Data Protection

Clients' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and legal service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Canadian law applies. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of BizLawSupport.
